Bill & Ben the Mighty Moving Men operate a fleet of trucks in all of the four major cities in Western Canada. This kind of volume provides us with the resources to engage in any necessary investment to streamline our service, to provide assurances to our customer and to proactively prevent problems from occurring.
Our entire fleet is NO OLDER than five years old. This means mechanical failure occurs less, and that their engines will start in a Canadian winter. For local moves, we use only five ton trucks, with a box with a minimum length of 26 feet.
All trucks are equipped with 100 moving pads, 2 two wheeled dollies, 2 four wheeled dollies and all of the necessary tools and equipment to complete your move efficiently, and to keep your belongings safe in transit.
Our fleet is equipped with GPS Tracking capabilities. This provides us with the ability to pinpoint the location of any truck in our fleet at any time. From dispatch, we can determine which delivery a crew is handling at that moment, enabling us to provide customers with accurate information. The tracking capabilities also provide security for any client entrusting us with their valued merchandise.
Accountability is a vital strength of Bill & Ben that few of our competitors share. Our company and our team carry the most comprehensive insurance coverages to protect ourselves and our clients from any incident. We carry contents, liability and warehouse insurance, and are fully bonded. Part of operating an accountable firm, is the existence of strict regimen for handling property damage claims for our valued customers.
We have a team equipped with the knowledge and resources to handle claims on the fly. The Bill & Ben Promise, requires us to contact customers to respond to a property damage claim within 48 hours, have a plan to resolve the issue within 96 hours and to settle the claim within fourteen days.
Bill & Ben's skilled team of movers are hired with a minimum of five years of experience moving furniture for another reputable firm. ALL applicants are screened by performing a background check using Backcheck services. This kind of due-diligence is almost completely absent in our industry.
